The Brazil Organic Bela Epoca is proudly 100% organic. This coffee has everything you want in a good Brazilian coffee, but boasts loads of extra sweetness! This is due to the delay of the ripening process, which allows the cherries to develop more sugars and flavours before being picked.
Tasting Notes: Maple, Vanilla Bean
Process: Aerobic Fermentation
Region: Alta Mogiana
Arabica Varietal: Yellow Obatan
Altitude: 900m
Andre da Cunha, his brother Luis Claudio and sister Silvia, run the Bela Epoca farm together. They’re located in the Alta Mogiana region, São Paulo state, on a well-defined micro-climate, ideal for growing coffee. Part of the farm is solely dedicated to growing organic coffee and the plot sits on a naturally shaded area. The whole organic production is tracked and certified by IBD - Orgânico Brasil.
