This coffee has a wonderful balance of FRUITY SWEETNESS and strong BODY. It's full of red fruity flavours that make it an exciting black coffee but with enough punch for an exceptional flat white.

This coffee from Gizaw Alemayehu is bursting with flavour and body. Thanks to a meticulous hand-picked process, only the ripest cherries are sorted and graded into this lot before undergoing a natural drying out process over 20-30 days. The end result is a very round bodied coffee with heaps of boozy berry notes.
