The producer of this coffee is Jean Vilhena Faleiros, a third generation farmer driven by a passion for specialty coffee and commitment to a century-long family tradition. The farm ha heavily invested into dedicated micro-lots of coffee, with comprehensive temperature controlled drums for the purpose of fermentation. This produces unique and complex flavours in coffee.
